Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Stouffville. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including the bakery, sales floor, and backroom
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Learn about our products and sales and merchandising techniques
  • Learn about baking and join in preparing pastries, scones, pizzas, and more

  • Relevant retail experience is desirable, but not a requirement. We provide training to anyone with a can-do, can-learn attitude
Physical Requirements
  • Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands, with occasional forceful gripping
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 10kg and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 22kg
  • Frequent bending, turning, and reaching above and/or below shoulder level
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending
