About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tax Services Staff in the US Consulting Practice. You will be responsible for identifying and solving complex US and international tax issues, assisting clients in aligning their taxation into a benefit-driven strategy, and providing innovative tax planning ideas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in successfully aligning all areas of taxation into a benefit-driven strategy.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of tax concepts and apply tax knowledge to client situations.
  • Develop and deliver timely and responsive tax planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze information thoroughly and accurately, preparing practical solutions to client tax situations.
  • Make informed decisions in complex and judgmental areas, establishing/maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year U.S. Tax experience.
  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
