Job Title: Executive Vice President of Operations

Pacific Coast Roofing & Contracting Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to lead our organization's strategic growth and development. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent interpersonal awareness and team player skills
  • Ability to provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
