Job Title: Food Store Manager - Leadership and Operations
About the Role:
As a Food Store Manager at THANIMA KERALA STORE, you will be responsible for leading and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. You will also manage staff and assign duties, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses.

Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail service establishment, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store. The work setting is a retail service establishment, and the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research and trends.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail service establishment
- Strong understanding of market research and trends
What We Offer:
As a Food Store Manager at THANIMA KERALA STORE, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of 5-10 people. You will be responsible for supervising office and volunteer staff and will have the opportunity to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
