As a Glass Experience Ambassador, you will create ease in a fast-paced, action-oriented role. You will enjoy the variety of working both administratively and with the public while being the glue that makes things run seamlessly. You will work closely with a supportive team and collaborate to solve problems.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Completing administrative tasks required to maintain a seamless service centre operation.
  • Adding value to customers and identifying opportunities to boost store performance.
  • Working with insurance partners to help customers achieve the best value for their money.
  • Delighting customers by providing exceptional services, including vehicle interior cleaning, window cleaning, and assisting with small repairs on windshields (don't worry – our tools are easy to use).
  • Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • You value building strong relationships with customers and your teammates.
  • You have experience helping people in retail, hospitality, or tourism settings.
  • No formal education is required - we provide on-the-job training.
  • Have a valid Class 5 driver's license and the ability to work at different Lebeau Vitres d'autos locations within your specified geographic area.
