Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a straight or articulated truck to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Perform preventive maintenance on the vehicle
  • Inspect the vehicle's condition and report any issues
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements
  • DZ class license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and overnight
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying locations. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
