Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business in your assigned territory by cultivating new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new potential clients within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Promote Value Proposition to each customer to grow SOW (Share of Wallet) with a high close rate.
  • Provide accurate information on our products and services, including price and delivery quotation, sourcing new or unusual products, and completing material estimates as needed.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to track prospects, quotes, quantity estimation, and orders to ensure efficient sales cycle management.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Position requires a general knowledge of the multi-family construction and property management verticals.
  • Strong sales acumen, with demonstrated experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience in customer outreach and cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and sales management software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
