Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet business objectives;
  2. Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers;
  3. Manage and coach a team of logistics professionals to meet high standards of performance;
  4. Monitor and control costs associated with logistics activities;
  5. Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of logistics strategies;
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements;
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and internal customers;
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics;
  9. Make recommendations to senior management to improve logistics operations;
  10. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices;
  • Experience with SAP-MM and other supply management software;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for logistics management.
