Estimated Salary: $40/hour

We have skilled Service Advisors who consistently produce high-value work orders, resulting in significant earning potential for our technicians. The successful candidate can earn up to $40 per productivity hour, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance services with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with the Service Advisor, and order required parts through the parts department.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work outlined on work orders with precision and speed
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs, identifying the root cause of problems
  • Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional work or timelines
  • Order required parts from the parts department
  • Complete reports to document problems and services performed
  • Road test vehicles as necessary
  • Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned
  • Stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins and OEM training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience working as a Technician, preferably in the OEM environment
  • Journeyman mechanic license
  • Ability to perform heavy work, including frequent lifting of over 50 pounds
  • A valid Driver's License
