Your Opportunity:

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker I to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine tasks related to grounds keeping and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs to ensure a safe and attractive environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and other areas to ensure safe access.
  • Assist tradespeople and other maintenance staff as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid driver's licence.
