Gas Station Attendant

Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Clerk. As a key member of our gas bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and efficient fueling experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense fuel and propane to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Process customer purchases through the cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
• Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning the gas bar area, restocking supplies, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Assist with parking lot and building maintenance, including snow removal, trash collection, and other tasks as assigned
• Receive and unload merchandise, including fuel, propane, and other products
• Restock merchandise and maintain a visually appealing sales floor
• Price merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to site cleanliness standards and display high-performance service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with food preparation and cooking when required

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan Certificate or be willing to obtain one
• Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
• Desire to learn and perform duties with minimal supervision after training
• Energetic and upbeat nature
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be bondable
