We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Presence Strategist to lead our online presence across multiple accounts for XANA Canada and XANA Dubai. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a passion for storytelling, analytics, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement creative digital presence strategies tailored for XANA Canada and XANA Dubai, aligning social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create engaging, on-brand content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting, while localizing content to resonate with Canadian and Dubai audiences.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Foster and grow online communities, building trust and brand loyalty, and identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital presence performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite. Optimize content and strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach, staying updated on digital presence algorithms and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital presence management, preferably managing accounts for multiple regions or markets.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital presence platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Video editing experience is a bonus.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Familiarity with cultural nuances and trends in both Canadian and Dubai markets. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative thinker with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
