Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve high-quality food.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and organization.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
