Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will work under pressure with tight deadlines and be required to maintain a high level of client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication.
