We are seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower residents to live longer, healthier, and happier lives by providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families through personalized care and attention to individual needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that cater to each resident's unique preferences and goals
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, life skills, and other life-enriching activities
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a risk-free environment
  • Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards
  • Invite, Encourage, and Assist (IEA) residents in life skills and other activities as indicated on ISP and demographic profiles

Requirements:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications such as HHA or CNA preferred
  • Previous experience working with seniors is an asset
