Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Sales Manager to join our team at Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • AUTHORIZE payments by cheque and manage cash
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working under pressure to meet sales targets and manage a team of up to 4 people.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for someone who is accurate, client-focused, and has excellent oral and written communication skills. You will need to be reliable, organized, and able to multitask.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
