About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Rychiger Canada Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Conduct research and design mechanical systems, components, and equipment to meet our business needs.
  • Analysis and Testing: Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures, and conduct testing to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage projects, including preparing estimates, reports, and design specifications.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers, and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
  • Business Development: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 34 hours per week.
