We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Zero Tolerance Exteriors Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Design and implement layouts in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, ensuring precise fit and finish
  • Train and supervise apprentices, promoting a culture of excellence and safety
  • Conduct site assessments to estimate costs and materials required for projects
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the trade, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Permanent employment, with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
