We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Well Dental. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures.
  • Order dental and office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare dental instruments and filling materials for use during procedures.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Take and develop X-rays as needed to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Require strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain a client-focused attitude.
  • Develop efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve common goals.
  • Work a regular 30-40 hour work week with a permanent schedule.
