Executive Solicitor

Montgomery Miles & Stone is a law firm in Kelowna, BC that requires an experienced solicitor to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of business and banking transactions, real estate conveyancing and development, and estate planning/administration.

The role involves practicing law with professionalism and a positive attitude, building long-term relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality work. To be considered for this position, the applicant must have:

• a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations;
• experience managing files and supervising junior staff members;
• a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others;
• a professional and positive attitude towards the practice of law;

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, with opportunities for commission pay and career advancement.
