Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on company vehicles and equipment
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
