Job Description

Job Title: Statistical Programming Lead

Job Summary:

Innovaderm Research is seeking a highly skilled Statistical Programming Lead to join our team. As a key member of our biostatistics department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our statistical programming team. Your expertise in statistical programming, data analysis, and project management will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the statistical programming team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical trials
  • Develop and implement statistical programming methodologies and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of statistical programming with other departments
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in statistical programming and data analysis
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAS, R, and other statistical programming languages
