Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in our Canadian office. As a Junior Insolvency Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and preparing documents and correspondence, including processing mailouts and entering documents into internal systems.
  • Preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings.
  • Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various duties, including working with the local team and others within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional service and advice to clients, including drafting and preparing documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with various duties, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset but not a requirement.
  • Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is considered an asset but not a requirement.
  • Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment.
  • Ability to support high-level management demands with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
