Job Title: Block Clerk PT Thursday Casual

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Block Clerk to work on Thursdays. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of sale price and buyer information for vehicles, entering sale data into the LiveBlock system, and performing other duties assigned by the Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Record sale price and buyer information for vehicles with high accuracy.
  • Enter sale data into the LiveBlock system in a timely manner.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Manager, including maintaining a professional appearance and work area.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, including greeting every person with whom they come in contact.
  • Maintain a good flow of communication with all auction personnel.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • One year of clerical experience with minimum intermediate computer skills and accurate data entry skills required.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to multitask.

Work Schedule: This position works only on Thursdays, 9:15 am until the auction is completed (usually 4-6 hours), and is paid $150 for the day. Must be available to work all Thursdays.

Important Note: Please note that there is no bus service to the site, so applicants are required to have their own reliable transportation.
