Ashley Canada is seeking a Store Visual Presentation Lead for our Burlington store located at 3060 Davidson Court.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual presentation of the store aligns with the Brand's corporate standards, while also supporting the corporate marketing department as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will receive and implement visual presentation guidance from the corporate office;
  2. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to set up Point of Purchase (POP) displays and other initiatives;
  3. Evaluate and refine merchandise displays to meet corporate standards;
  4. Oversee the maintenance of the showroom floor to ensure it meets corporate expectations;
  5. Manage open transfer reports to guarantee inventory alignment with corporate directives;
  6. Lead Inventory Control Management, encompassing receipt, tagging, and discrepancy resolution;
  7. Maintain Clearance Flow within predetermined parameters;
  8. Supervise the workload of the visual team (Merchandiser/Porter);
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and administer feedback for assigned staff;
  10. Recruit, train, mentor, supervise, and manage assigned staff.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma;
  • A minimum of two years of experience in retail visual display;
  • Proven design, balance, and color expertise;
  • The ability to work independently;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and adaptability to in-house software;
  • Flexibility to work retail hours (weekdays, evenings, and weekends).
