Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Acupuncturist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other clinicians to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Utilize advanced techniques to provide effective treatment approaches, reducing pain and improving mobility for our patients.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document treatment sessions and recommendations using our electronic charting system.
- Network with external stakeholders and referral sources to promote our Acupuncturist program.
- Manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Fully Licensed Acupuncturist in Alberta.
- Registration with the College of Practitioners and Acupuncturist of Alberta.
- 2-5 years of experience in an outpatient setting, with a strong focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture.
- Interest in treatment-based approaches and complex injuries.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
