Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 5 ARROWS LOGISTICS SERVICES LTD.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves coordinating the transportation of goods, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. The ideal candidate will have a Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles) and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Accept payment or invoices for items delivered, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
  • Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems, providing regular updates to management.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance and oversee all aspects of fleet management.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or transportation-related role.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is also included.
