PetCheck Urgent Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for animal welfare. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients and patients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position, with flexible hours including weekends. You must be able to work a varying schedule that includes evenings and some Saturdays.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with practice management software.
