Drywall Installation Specialist

At SEHJAS HOMES LTD., we are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to ensure a smooth and durable surface for our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for installation
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat as required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow the coat to dry
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
  • Prepare wall and ceiling layouts
