Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at De Sagun Residence.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to our clients in a home setting, assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty
Work Environment

The work site environment is non-smoking, and the work setting is in the employer's home.
