Job Title: Permanent Full-Time Bus Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Permanent Full-Time Bus Driver. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school in a safe and efficient manner.

Route Details:

Ogema Area Route #80-100

Job Responsibilities:
  • Transport students to and from school in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students on board
  • Follow established routes and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Qualifications:
  • Class 5 Driver's License with 'S' Endorsement
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Clear Driver's Abstract
  • Commitment to the ideals of public education and the mission, vision, and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone Public School Division
Benefits:

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated SEIU-West Collective Agreement. The starting wage for this position is a daily rate of $77.56 plus $0.16 per kilometer, along with a full benefit package and an employer-defined pension plan.

The successful candidate will be subject to a clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check as outlined in Administrative Procedure 400 Appendix: Criminal Record Checks.
