Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Discovery Harbour Care Centre in Campbell River, BC. As a LPN, you will provide personal and nursing care to residents, perform assessments, and administer medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Perform assessments and develop care plans
- Provide personal and nursing care to residents
- Administer oral and subcutaneous medications
- Directly supervise care staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred)
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.84
