Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Zoning the department to optimize salesfloor operations
  2. Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a high level of product freshness
  3. Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies
  4. Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy shopping environment
  5. Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  6. Ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business to meet customer demands
  7. Following Health and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
