About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Jon Smith Subs. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals and dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
