About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Financing Specialist to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services about mortgage credit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services about mortgage credit
  • Work in synergy with colleagues to identify and meet the residential financing needs of clients
  • Refer clients to expert colleagues for their specialized needs
  • Help clients develop residential financing strategies for their internal renewal and refinancing transactions
  • Ensure that clients' banking, financing, and coverage needs are met
  • Rigorously apply established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed

About the Team

You will report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team. You will work with the entire branch team and various financial experts to meet all our clients' financial needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Two years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing products
  • Interest in working on a team
