Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team at Transit. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service, aligned with industry best practices.
- Ensure Transit maintains its reputation for excellence in online customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
- Continuously improve customer service to boost sales and foster customer loyalty.
- Participate in the development and achievement of monthly KPIs.
- Become an expert on sales and support platforms, stay updated on new features, and optimize our usage.
- When necessary, enter orders, provide tracking numbers, and update inventory on web platforms.
- Provide accurate information for all product-related inquiries to convert users into customers.
- Efficiently and courteously handle, process, and resolve product returns and claims.
- Address customer complaints and take action to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate and relay all relevant information to the appropriate departments.
- Know the products and services offered by Transit and continuously improve your expertise in automotive parts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in web-based customer service (an asset).
- Computer proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of automotive parts (an asset).
- Expert-level proficiency in French.
- Expert-level proficiency in English (as you will regularly communicate with English speaking customers).
- Proficiency in Spanish (an asset).
