Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • ProServe program.
  • Point of sale system.
  • Bondable.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Own transportation.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Uniform.
  • Client focus.
  • Excellent oral communication.

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
