Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
