Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at Canada Inc. in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare various reports, including trial balances, statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary School Diploma: A secondary school graduate with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • 1 Year of Experience: At least one year of experience in bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and accounting.
  • Skill Set: Proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work Environment:
  • Free Parking: Free parking available on site.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
