Nail Salon Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Manager to join our team at TipToe Nails&Spa Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, establishing or implementing policies and procedures for staff, planning and controlling budget and inventory, managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hiring, training and supervising staff, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess the performance of the salon, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures for Staff: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Manage the salon's budget and inventory, ensuring that all resources are used effectively.
- Manage Contracts for Advertising or Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new customers.
- Hire, Train and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
