We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Baymont by Wyndham Edson. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests upon request.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that our guests' belongings are returned to them.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene to ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
