About the Role

Chef Reza Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organization's strategic growth and development. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business success through effective leadership, management, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Establish and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of over 20 people to achieve exceptional results
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure succession planning and leadership development
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent Chef Reza Inc in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
    • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, operations)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or executive role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of strategic leadership and management
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
