Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Café Terasse La Nouvelle France. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring a clean kitchen and work area.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Physically demanding
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
