Job Title: Food Counter Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food Counter Team Member at Tim Hortons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers by following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Take customer orders and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and cups.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this role.
  • You will be trained on the job to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods.
  • The work environment is fast-paced, and you must be able to work under pressure.
  • Repetitive tasks are a regular part of this role.
