Software Developer in Test and Automation Specialist

RideCo is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer in Test and Automation to join our Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our on-demand transit platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to determine requirements, investigate issues, and implement test cases.
- Validate new functionality of mobile, web, and back-end applications for correctness, completeness, accessibility, usability, scalability, and security.
- Develop test automation strategies and frameworks.
- Build, maintain, and enhance tools that streamline and automate all forms of testing.
- Build and run automated functional, integration, stress, and performance tests.
- Analyze and report the results of testing efforts in a clear and timely manner.
You will be part of a cross-functional team that is the world's foremost innovator in on-demand transit software. Our team is passionate about building cloud-based software that can operate at a large scale, with zero downtime, solving computationally intensive real-world problems, with real-time responsiveness.
What We Offer- Competitive base salary: $70K - $90K + performance-based bonus or stock options.
