About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Farm Worker to join our team at Atocas Notre Dame inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, cleaning crops and equipment, planting, cultivating, irrigating crops, maintaining work areas, harvesting crops, and loading/unloading crates, supplies and farm produce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops in a timely manner to ensure optimal growth.
  • Clean crops and equipment regularly to prevent damage and maintain efficiency.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
  • Harvest crops in a timely manner to meet production goals.
  • Loading, unloading and transferring crates, supplies and farm produce.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required but experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in farming or related field is an asset.
Benefits

  • A salary of $45,000 per year based on 40 hours of work per week.
  • A temporary work term with opportunities for advancement.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
