**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Supporting the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs, including maintaining promotional displays and ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Keeping the register area clean and well-stocked with essential supplies.
  • Assisting customers with general inquiries and providing product information as needed.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards customers, colleagues, and management.
