The ideal candidate will possess a clear vision for product development, demonstrate strategic thinking, and apply sound judgment in planning and execution. Effective communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture high-performing teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and training for success.
  • Establish and uphold engineering processes that lead to superior quality and timely project delivery.
  • Engage in Program Increment (PI) and Sprint Planning, as well as release coordination.
  • Participate actively in daily Scrum Meetings.
  • Assist software engineers in overcoming technical and procedural challenges.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to inspire team members towards peak performance and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in a software development setting.
  • At least three years of experience leading agile software engineering teams through planning, design, development, and product delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Proficient in managing time effectively and ensuring the team has the necessary resources and training to meet deadlines with high quality.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify issues and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, automation, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Professional Services, and customers to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ability to identify, mitigate, and manage risks appropriately.
