Arc'teryx is a leading manufacturer of high-performance outdoor apparel and equipment. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textiles
  • Participate in the making of key products, including jackets, outdoor clothing, and harnesses
  • Review, troubleshoot, and repair quality control issues with the Quality Control Inspector and Team Leader
  • Champion the company's DNA of Evolve and partner with the team to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop skills and knowledge through our continuing Learning & Development Program
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in operating industrial sewing machines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
  • Passion for sewing, attention to detail, and desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas
