We are looking for a seasoned Director of Quality and Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping our quality management strategy and driving business growth through operational excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an organization-wide quality management strategy, transitioning from ISO-9001 to ISO-9004 and integrating Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve product quality. You will oversee quality management systems, focusing on key metrics such as Cost of Poor Quality, Scrap, Yield, Return Material Authorization, and Supplier Quality.
You will lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance on tools, training, and professional development to ensure high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in product design, operations, applications, sales, and customer service to ensure quality is embedded in all processes.
We require a strong background in the electronics industry with at least 5 years of Quality Management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred. Professional Accreditation in Quality Management or Quality Engineering (CQE, CQA, CMQ) is highly desirable.
